Terms of Service

LeadsSnapper lets you upload screenshots and photos of business cards, extracts contact details from them using OCR and AI, stores those contacts in your workspace, and can send them to a CRM you connect. Features may change or be discontinued over time.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• If you invite teammates to your workspace, they can view and manage the contacts and uploads in that workspace according to the role you assign.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use LeadsSnapper.

• Each plan includes a monthly scan allowance. Usage is metered per workspace and resets each billing month.
• Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
• We may pause processing when a workspace exceeds its allowance or a payment fails.

You keep all rights to the images and contact data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.

You agree that you will:

• Only upload contact information you are permitted to collect, store, and share, and use it in line with applicable privacy and anti-spam laws.
• Not upload unlawful content or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Not resell or share access to the service outside your workspace.

When you connect a CRM or automation tool, we send the contact fields you configure to that service on your instruction. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

OCR and AI extraction are automated and can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing extracted contacts before relying on them. LeadsSnapper does not guarantee that every name, email address, or other field will be captured correctly.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, LeadsSnapper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or is non-paying. When an account is deleted, its data is removed from the live service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
