Uploading screenshots
Home · Upload card, next to “Choose photos or take a new one”
- Works with Facebook screenshots, photos of business cards, event badges, and paper sign-up sheets.
- Tap “Choose from Photos” to pick many images at once, or “Take a Photo” to snap one now.
- For a two-sided business card, capture the front, then add the back so both sides merge into one contact.
- For a sign-up sheet, choose “Sign-up sheet”, lay it flat in good light with the whole page in frame, and take one photo per page — every legible row becomes a contact.
- Duplicate images are detected automatically and never counted twice.
Tags for this upload
Home · Upload card, next to “Tags for this upload”
- At least one tag is required — it is how these contacts are grouped in your CRM.
- Saved default tags are pre-filled on every upload, so you never have to retype them.
- Tags you add for just this upload are cleared afterwards, so last batch's tags can't be applied by accident.
What these numbers mean
Home · Dashboard, next to “Your activity”
- Screenshots: every image processed on your account.
- Contacts added: brand-new people, matched by email address.
- Updated: an email we already had, enriched with new details instead of duplicated.
- Failed: images we couldn't turn into a contact — open Failed screenshots to fix them.
Searching contacts
Contacts · Next to the “Contacts” title
- Searches name, email, phone, and company at the same time.
- Partial words work — typing “gma” finds every Gmail address.
- Results load 50 at a time; scroll and load more as you go.
Exporting contacts
Contacts · Next to “Export contacts”
- CSV opens anywhere; Excel (.xlsx) keeps formatting for spreadsheets.
- The export matches whatever your current search shows — clear the search to export everything.
- All captured fields are included: name, email, phone, company, website, address, tags, and notes.
Export status
Contacts · Second icon next to “Export contacts”
- Synced: the contact reached your connected CRM with its tags.
- Pending: queued and will be sent shortly.
- Failed: the CRM rejected it — check your CRM connection in Settings, then retry.
Fixing failed screenshots
Failed screenshots · Next to the page title
- Images land here when no email was found, the email was invalid, the picture was unreadable, or the CRM export failed.
- “Review & fix” shows the original image next to an editable form — correct a typo or extra space in the email and save.
- “Try again” re-runs the scan as-is, which usually clears temporary CRM errors.
- Retries don't use extra scans from your monthly allowance.
Managing tags
Manage tags · Next to the page title
- These are the tags in your connected CRM, so changes here show up there too.
- Renaming or deleting a tag affects future exports; contacts already sent keep their tags in the CRM.
- Set the tags you use most as defaults on the upload screen to save typing.
Your plan and allowance
CRM & plan · Next to “Your plan”
- One scan equals one processed image. Your allowance resets on the 1st of each month.
- Duplicate screenshots don't count against the allowance.
- Changing plans takes effect right away and the new scan limit applies immediately.
Connecting your CRM
CRM & plan · Next to “Connected CRM”
- Pick your provider, then paste its API key — the hint under the picker tells you where to find it.
- Keys are encrypted before they're stored and are never shown again; re-add the connection to change one.
- Scanned contacts are exported to whichever connection is marked Default.
- Use Test any time to confirm the key still works.
How usage is measured
Scan usage · Next to the page title
- Each image processed counts as one scan; duplicates and retries don't.
- Remaining shows what's left on your plan for this month.
- The counter resets automatically at the start of the next month — no action needed.
Admin actions
Admin · Next to the “Admin” title
- Change plan: sets a tenant's plan and its monthly scan limit right away.
- Custom limit: overrides the plan's scan limit for that one account.
- Reset usage: clears this month's scan count without changing the plan.
- Pause: blocks new scans while keeping all data. Delete removes the account and its contacts permanently.
